If you have a complaint or dispute please contact our Customer Experience Team first. We expect our staff to take reasonable steps to address your concerns. If the staff member is not able to resolve your concern, the matter will be referred to our Disputes Officer who will investigate the issue and take reasonable steps to try and resolve the matter with you.
